I truly hope you have received some value throughout these last two month’s series on what I am calling “Self-Image.”
We have talked about creating the right expectations for ourselves.
We have discussed big hot topics such as Perfectionism, Imposter Syndrome, Judgement of others and of ourselves and the fear that can go with all of that.
We discussed how to take all of that learning and bring out your most authentic self which leads us to this month.
Today our final topic for the month of March is the culmination of trying to tackle all of those previous thoughts and emotions in our brain.
It can be summed up in a word.
Confidence.
Everything we have been talking about leads to the positive result of increased and resilient confidence.
Confidence in your abilities and achievements.
Confidence in your relationships.
Confidence in your actions and intentions.
Like so many things, it’s not always easy to keep your sense of confidence.
There are many gurus and mantras out there and it’s hard to know what voice to follow or what will actually work.
